Explicit Consent and Commercial Electronic Message Approval

This text explains the scope of the consent you give if you tick the optional “I agree to receive commercial electronic messages” box on the forms on our website. Giving consent is entirely optional; not giving it does not affect the handling of your request in any way.

1. Scope of Consent

By ticking the box, you consent, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, to Bruksizme Dair sending you commercial electronic messages containing campaigns, discounts, announcements, events and information about our products and services via e-mail, SMS, phone call.

2. Explicit Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

For this purpose, you consent to your personal data consisting of your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address and message preferences being processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of KVKK No. 6698, and being transferred to the delivery infrastructure providers we use to send messages (including e-mail/SMS services whose servers may be located abroad). 3. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge, by using the opt-out/unsubscribe link in every message we send or by writing to dilara.parlak@ibu.edu.tr. Your opt-out request is processed within three (3) business days at the latest, and no commercial electronic messages are sent to you after that date.

4. Consent Record

The date on which your consent was given, the form, the text version and technical records (IP address, etc.) are kept as evidence and retained for three (3) years from the withdrawal of consent.
